Well-equipped and nicely furnished units and service-oriented staff with the guest service manager. Nice location in a particularly good area, next to a theatre and a museum.

Reasonably spacious & fairly clean hotel, its location is particularly good and fab just next door to the two areas outside the bar, and all south cities, Malaga, Marbella. Excellent and efficient staff as one would expect.

All members of the staff were well-trained. The location was perfect and convenient there, to the centre of Malaga or Along coast.

It was in a beachfront setting to the bus station or the train station. Helpful service, as the staff were amazing.

I was upgraded to a budget twin room with a walk-in shower.

Pleasant, clean hotel with very-very nice personnel at the reception desk. Amazing very central location, short walk to all bars, restaurants and shops along the long promenade, the restaurant is located and the beach and friendly staff. And within short walking distance to Casa de los Navajas.

Overall had very comfortable stay of Spanish holidays. Stayed in huge and impeccably clean king room with a nice bathroom. The staff were very-very nice and the design was nice. Not really worth mentioning, however problem was solved quickly. The property's location was great, right near the town centre which is a short walk if using a pram prepare to carry up a flight of stairs to get to the lift to take you to the top of the town centre which is 50c per person over 4 years of age.

Good-sized, stylish units provided with excellent Wi-Fi and a fab view plus balcony overlooking the entertainment area.

Truly enjoyed how modern and fancy the property was and its excellent staff who works at the reception desk. The rooms were both newly remodelled, fashionable, complete with the large balcony, fantastic views out to Malaga, shower.

The breakfast is good with fruit and vast amounts, as for instance, there’s an option for each taste. Fabulous and fantastic staff as one would expect.

Spanish-style building, lovely rooms with a great view, the bathroom, for instance. Brilliant and stunning location right on the beach and easy access to a supermarket and shops. Its helpful service.

Gorgeous and spotlessly clean place, sincere stuff who works at the reception desk. Fantastic location, full size breakfast with a great selection of food. Early check-in, late check-out, airy room with excellant Wi-Fi, the bathroom, for instance.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and it was perfect as a couples holiday. The location is amazing, right on the beach, with stunning views from our balcony. The hotel is in a great area, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The pools were incredible, with multiple options to choose from and never too crowded. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bed and powerful shower. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing we would suggest is that the staff receive more training in friendliness and customer service, especially at the reception desk. Other than that, this hotel is excellent and we would highly recommend it to families.

Unfortunately we had to leave very early for our meetings and before 7.30 there was always only a limited breakfast offer.
